Why do you not have prices of goods on your website and how can I find out about the price of a product I am interested in? |
Unlike normal retailers or on-line merchants, we have trained and specialised staff to assist you choose the right option and combinations suited to your needs. Our trained staff will assist you to determine what your exact requirements are and will advise you which option and combination best works for you. As such, to show the variety of combinations of a product would be impossible to display even on the web. We have over a 1000 combination of products and it would be impossible to display or accurately convey each application to you. If you cannot come into a store, you can either email or call a store directly from the Contact Us section for assistance on a product. |

Are you prices higher than other stores including on-line dealers? |
| |
It is important that you compare product with product. Most of the products we sell are from our buying group and proprietary to us. You will find that most of our prices are the same if not lower than most stores including on-line retailers. You will certainly not get the correct advise on which product is suited to your needs. If you purchase on-line or through a normal retail outlet, you are more than likely not getting the professional advice on product selection or the latest information in product innovation. A dollar spent should be a dollar well spent. You are also dealing with a reputable company with 18 years of trading both nationally and internationally and we would therefore provide all the necessary warranties associated with your purchase. |

How do I compare today’s spring bedding to find the best mattress for me? |
The best way to make a decision is to look at a firm and then a plush sleep set. Determine the comfort level desired for yourself and compare your comfort preference in three qualities of sleep sets top of the line, mid-range, lower range, and understand the differences of these price points. This comparison helps you make an informed decision. Know the type of sleep set and its significant features such as the type of innerspring unit, key comfort layers, type of edge support and significant features of the foundation. |

What kind of support/frame is necessary for spring bedding today? |
Use a sturdy bed frame! If your mattress is a queen or king set, make sure that your frame has the extra centre support needed to prevent bowing and sagging. This is required to ensure complete warranty protection for your sleep set.For a spring mattress, the best way to get the longest life out of your mattress is to have it supported by a Sealy foundation. The foundation is designed to work with the mattress as a shock absorber. A Sealy foundation can add up to 1/3 more life to your mattress giving you a greater return for your purchase. You can also use a slat base foundation and other types of bases if you are intending to use different types of bed frames or electrically operated functions. |

I have been told to use a rolled up towel or lumbar roll for my back condition. Is this helpful? |
Lumbar rolls or a rolled up towel gives you immediate feedback especially when you have an acute back injury. However for long term sitting and to prevent back problems, full back support is extremely important. Movement from the back support and the ability to also adjust the support is also critical for long term benefits. |

Are massage units beneficial? |
We struggled with putting massage units into our range. There are beneficial uses for massage but it is important that you get professional advise on its application before you treat yourself using massage as a primary therapy tool. It is beneficial if you are getting positive results. Massage units should not detract from correct ergonomics, posture and the provision of good biomechanically designed supports such as chairs, height adjustable tables, back supports, bedding, etc.
